Now Hiring - Insurance Sales Producer in Fort Myers, FL

We are an insurance brokerage firm, (not an insurance carrier) and we are looking to add new associates to our growing sales team in Southwest Florida. This division specializes in placing insurance products for personal insurance, employee benefits, and commercial businesses including, but not limited to, property insurance, liability, workers compensation & automobile fleets. Our target industries include real estate, hospitality, vacation resorts, condominiums, construction, manufacturing and distribution. Must be outgoing and enjoy working with customers and insurance companies as well as team mates. Must show ability to establish sales skills as well as quickly gain knowledge of the insurance market, products and competition. Income potential in this position is unlimited.

Required Competencies:

• Sales experience a plus.
• Must show ability to develop new business relationships, networking skills and new business opportunities, negotiating deals and closing business sales.
• Highly motivated team player.
• Independent, self-starter with the ability to organize, multi-task and close the sale.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with good work ethic and professional attitude.
• Four year college degree preferred.
